You are responsible for correctly canceling your account.  Accounts can be canceled at any time by contacting “billing@commission-tracker.com“. Upon cancellation, all of your Content will be removed from the Software. It’s highly recommended to export your data in the form of reports before canceling as this information cannot be retrieved once your account is canceled.

Cancellation of services:

If you cancel the Service before the current paid-up month ends, your cancellation will be effective immediately. Any outstanding fees will be charged, and no further charges will apply for future months.

In the event of a violation of our Terms and Conditions, Commission Tracker Software LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and deny any current or future use of the Service. Such termination of the Service will lead to the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to it.
