Monthly Fee
$100 This includes four hours of processing and one administrator license.
Additional Hours
Rates are $30 an hour.
Agent Licenses
If you need to pay agents each month the Agent License fee is $1 per Agent per Month. Agent Licenses are sold in packs of 5.
Easily get started with Commission Processing Service.
To begin, we kindly request a copy of your Carrier Statements, preferably in Excel format. If we are setting up your Commission Tracker database, which involves loading your Policies, Carrier Commission Tables, and Agent Split Tables, there will be an initial startup fee of 10 hours at a rate of $30 per hour. It’s important that you keep us informed of any changes to your Carrier Commission Tables, Agent Split Tables, or Clients.
Once we have had the opportunity to review your Carrier Statements with you, we will determine the actual monthly data entry fee. Please note that we require a minimum of 4 hours for data entry, and our rate is $30 per hour. This monthly fee will be charged to your credit card. If it turns out that the minimum monthly time is insufficient, we will notify you and establish a new minimum. Typically, most of our clients fall within the range of 4 to 20 hours per month for data entry. Please keep in mind that this fee is in addition to your monthly charges of $67 for the CLOUD version and any applicable Agent Subscription fees.
